Bio: Anaïs grew up in France ice skating and playing soccer before she moved to Paris and fell in love with strength training. In 2016 she had her first group-class fitness experience and never looked back.
Through her own journey Anaïs realized how lifestyle and diet can induce epigenetic changes. She started coaching strength & conditioning and became passionate about Nutrition and Performance. She is certified as a Nutritional Therapist Practitioner specializing in Hormonal Health.
An avid hiker and extreme sports enthusiast, Anaïs focuses on functional and varied movements to be ready for a wide range of activities. You will probably find her practicing gymnastic skills or trying a new trick.

Bio: Fitness and health have always been a priority in Amanda’s life. She played many sports growing up, continuing to play lacrosse through college. Shortly after graduating with a B.S. in Kinesiology, Amanda fell in love with personal & group training and the way she could make somebody’s workout the best hour of their day. Amanda has over 12 years of experience coaching, has owned two different fitness businesses, and is passionate about improving the health and fitness of others. She believes that you should work hard in the gym in order to live your best life for as long as possible outside of the gym. Besides fitness, Amanda is a coffee enthusiast, a world traveler, loves to curl up with a good book, and enjoys all things outdoors!

Bio: Journeying through a range of sports from sprinting and long distance running, to 10 years with a ballet company, to rock climbing and skiing, Brit developed a love of health and feeling fit from an early age. She earned a degree in biology, wanting to learn more about human anatomy, physiology, and nutrition. Brit’s goal is to share her interest in the body’s form and function and to help others enjoy being strong and healthy.

Bio: Clint has always been passionate about staying active and engaged with his body. He played organized team sports on any team he could through his high school years. In his young adulthood, he fell in love with outdoor endurance sports. Now, he believes strongly in weightlifting and cardio conditioning as the best ways to stay fit and healthy as we age. Clint mobilizes, lifts, and takes on heavy cardio loads so that he can feel young and be ready for anything, particularly hitting the slopes in the winter. His favorite part of coaching is helping athletes organize their bodies to move well while challenging their own perceived limits.

Bio: Caleb was born and raised in St. Paul, MN. He grew up playing soccer, basketball, baseball and football before moving to the Bay in 2009 where he fell in love with fitness and began coaching in 2011. Caleb is an avid competitor, competing in both the "sport of fitness" and Olympic Weightlifting on a regular basis and is currently ranked amongst the top 25 in the nation for weightlifting in the 105kg weight class. He is a self confessed lover of the sport, and appreciates the challenge of having to be proficient at a wide variety of movements and not just specializing in one thing.

He said goodbye to the corporate world and now geeks out on workout programming, sustainable performance, and long-term health. Jon enjoys teaching people how moving well affects their quality of life - in the gym, the office, a sport, or at home.

Bio: Maurits started his fitness journey as he was entering his 30s (2015), which started with wanting to look good at his wedding. It then very quickly became what is now almost a decade-long learning journey about human movement, mobility, performance and skill.
In 2020 Maurits became a member at Flagship. With the support and help from the coaches and athletes, there is opportunity to learn something new every day. He became a coach in 2024. His passion for coaching is in sharing what he learns with everyone, hoping to give each human one thing that is new for them.

Bio: Nikki has enjoyed a myriad of activities from Bikram yoga, distance running and triathlons to salsa dancing, snowboarding and surfing. When she walked through the doors of her first group-style strength & conditioning gym, she was hooked. The variety in movement, supportive coaches, and sense of community drew her in and she’s never looked back.
In 2012, Nikki left corporate life to pursue a career in fitness and nutrition and is passionate about helping feel better in their bodies and have FUN while doing it. Her primary goal is to equip others to take charge of their health and live their fullest lives.

Bio: Zach has been active in sports since a young age and simply loves to move. He was offered scholarships to run x-country at several colleges, but chose UC Riverside where he walked-on to their soccer team. Soon after graduation, Zach realized his calling was in health and fitness. He now shares his love for movement and competes in the "sport of fitness" to feed his competitive nature. He loves to inspire and show people what they are really made of. He is also a firm believer that the earlier in life a person engages in movement the easier life will be as they age.

Bio: Brendan has been an athlete his whole life, from baseball to rugby, kick-the-can to tennis. If it involves movement he is all in.
After overcoming a multiple year battle with chronic neck and shoulder pain that made any movement difficult at 20 years old, Brendan was inspired to share his knowledge of the human body with others. He now lives pain free and has competed in intramural sports, Powerlifting, the sport of fitness, and Olympic Weightlifting.
These days you can find him practicing gymnastics, trying not to get choked out in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, or surfing the cold Pacific waves.

Bio: Emily, originally from Ohio, grew up playing sports and has always loved lifting weights. Her love of movement inspired her to get both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Kinesiology. Emily is a career movement coach, with over 8 years of experience, who prioritizes motor control and movement mastery with a goal of sustained long term physical activity. Emily believes that pushing yourself physically, specifically through strength training, can be a catalyst that helps break down barriers of self-doubt both in and outside the gym.

Bio: Michael "Bing" Bingaman is driven by a love for movement, connection, community, and continued personal and professional growth, which has kept him engaged as a coach in the sport performance world for over 12 years. Bing has coached at every level of sport, from general population to collegiate teams to Olympic sport through weightlifting, baseball and softball, elite skiers and snowboarders, as well as elite cyclists.
As an athlete, Bing was multidisciplinary in high school, and went on to compete in the "sport of fitness" then weightlifting, transitioned into bodybuilding, and has since dropped 50 pounds to race ultradistance gravel and mountain bikes. Bing believes deeply in bringing joy and human connection into the world, and loves using training as a cornerstone toward fulfillment in life.
