    Bio: Niki’s background in Medicine and Public Health informs her passion for fitness. Growing up, she was a competitive gymnast, which seeded her love of all physical activity. She earned her medical degrees and spent 20 years in USAF family service. Throughout this time, she developed her knowledge and skills in running, biking, swimming, boot camp training, yoga, and Pilates. Niki is passionate about translating physical strength inside the gym to a better quality of life and opportunities for adventure outside the gym. She believes that physical and mental strength flows into everything we do--feeling strong and connected is how we thrive. Niki enjoys spending time with her five children, cooking, enjoying Seattle restaurants, and exploring on her paddleboard in the PNW!

    Meet Vicky! From her early days, she immersed herself in sports and relished outdoor activities. As a teenager, she found her calling in weightlifting and functional fitness, later adding long-distance running to her repertoire during college. These passions continue to fuel her pursuits today.

    Vicky is dedicated to embodying versatility as an athlete, constantly seeking fresh ways to challenge herself physically. Fitness isn't just a hobby for her—it's a profound passion that she's determined to expand upon. Inspired by the impactful guidance of her own coaches, she's eager to pay it forward, offering support to individuals of all aspirations and backgrounds.

    What drew Vicky to Flagship is its unwavering dedication to fostering optimal health and happiness for everyone, all while making the journey enjoyable.

    Introducing Sarah Farnsworth-Kumli, a dedicated CrossFit Level 2 Coach and fervent dog enthusiast. Originally honing her skills at Flagship in San Francisco, Sarah has since embarked on a new chapter, exchanging Bay Area hustle for the serene charm of rainy Seattle two years ago. Despite the change in scenery, she embraced the Pacific Northwest lifestyle wholeheartedly, with a particular fondness for its renowned coffee culture.

    Beyond her passion for fitness, Sarah thrives as a web developer and solutions engineer in her professional life. However, inside the gym, her focus remains on cultivating your physical capabilities and guiding you toward achieving your goals. With Sarah, expect a blend of expertise, enthusiasm, and a commitment to your journey toward optimal fitness.

    Ed has been a Strength and Conditioning Coach since 2012 with certifications and distinctions across a broad spectrum of disciplines from basic human movement, weightlifting, conjugate powerlifting, and olympic gymnastics.

    With a diverse background, Ed has coached everyone from elite athletes to individuals grappling with assisted living challenges. His overarching aim is to equip you with the knowledge and support necessary to achieve any fitness goal safely. While the journey may be arduous, Ed ensures it's peppered with plenty of laughter and smiles.

    Beyond the gym, Ed finds joy in fatherhood, indulging his inner foodie, and dabbling in commercial real estate.

  • COACHAfter collegiate athletics, Scott became immersed in the functional fitness movement. Since earning his first certification as a group fitness instructor in 2009, Scott has coached thousands of athletes and classes in various settings.

    From world-class athletes to fitness newcomers, Scott applies the principles of safe, proven movement progressions to build his client’s bodies and confidence so they may achieve their fitness goals.

    Scott is dedicated to helping others achieve a greater state of health and wellness. He is a published author on the subject and lives the principles in his own life.

    His path has not been easy as he has had to overcome health and joint-related conditions, Scott understands how to help others manage their physical limitations while maximizing their untapped potential.

    With a global perspective shaped by studying and coaching in France, Switzerland, and the United States, for over 15 years, I bring a diverse approach to helping individuals unlock their full potential. Drawing from my own journey as a former boxer and rugby player turned weightlifting enthusiast, I'm passionate about discovering innovative methods to inspire others on their path to health and strength. Beyond the gym, you'll often find me indulging in my favorite food... bread and cheese, a quintessential duo that perfectly represents my homeland France.

    Jeremy, originally from Southern California, is passionate about CrossFit, snowboarding, and golf. Leveraging his varied background in cycling, Olympic lifting, and powerlifting, he assists athletes in crafting achievable goals, promoting sustainable, healthy lifestyles for the long term.
