Welcome! We love helping people start their extraordinary health and fitness journey. Not only do people dramatically improve their fitness quickly at Flagship, they have a great time doing it!

In order to integrate people into our fitness community, we have a smooth welcome process for new members:

1. Optional Free Class

We offer a free Conditioning class to all new, prospective members. It is appropriate for both
beginners as well as those who have been training for awhile. Please register at the link below for your class. We have a full athlete lounge, showers and towel service.

Simply fill out our Ready To Start form below and let us know when you would like to start! Our New Member Series begins every Monday and runs Monday through Thursday. You can read more about our New Member Series below.

About our New Member Series:

We require all new and experienced athletes to attend our New Member Series before attending Performance, Strength or Weightlifting classes (learn about the different types of classes we offer HERE). Our New Member Series is included with all monthly memberships. It is a series of four, one hour classes that must be taken in sequence: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, before graduating to attend Performance, Strength or Weightlifting classes. (You are welcome to attend Conditioning classes at any time – before or after the New Member Series). These classes allow our Coaches to assess new members for proper breathing mechanics, mobility issues, and allows you to get a sense of our coaching style and how we prioritize movement.

Flagship’s New Member Series is offered at both locations and must be taken in order:

Financial District Location (250 Montgomery Street)

The classes are offered at 7:30 am and 5:30 pm:

  • Class 1 Monday
  • Class 2 Tuesday
  • Class 3 Wednesday
  • Class 4 Thursday

Upper Market Location (160 Church Street)

The classes are offered at 7:30 am and 6 pm:

  • Class 1 Monday
  • Class 2 Tuesday
  • Class 3 Wednesday
  • Class 4 Thursday

If these times do not work, please contact us to inquire about private New Member Series classes.

3. Join our WODs!

Once you have completed all four New Member Series classes, you are ready to join our Performance, Strength, and Weightlifting classes!

Our classes are completely scalable for anyone from the deconditioned beginner to the elite athlete. Our attentive, caring, and talented coaches will providing scaling options for your specific skill and fitness level.
