|This 2 hour workshop introduces the classic Freestyle teachings to help you continue to master the Muscle Up and Handstand Push Up through simple progressions.
Attendees will learn to identify and define the basic principles of movement, and develop the tools to practice and progress on their own.
Beginner athletes will start with basic drills, and practice movement progressions.
Experienced athletes will use the progressions to identify and address weaknesses in their performance, and learn how to maximize efficiency.
