Performance is a proven strength and conditioning program that appeals to people of all ages and backgrounds. Our Performance class emphasizes functional movements through the combination of bodyweight exercises, weightlifting, gymnastics, and a variety of high-intensity cardio and strength drills. Variety is the ‘spice of life’ and to keep you engaged in your daily fitness pursuits, we will challenge your mind and body by constantly varying the workouts. Due to the complex nature of the movements and our commitment to safe, proper movement, all athletes must complete our Fundamentals program prior to entering Performance classes.
Conditioning is a high intensity workout designed to get you moving better while building a lean, strong body. This boot-camp style MetCon workout blends functional movements and fast-paced cardio specifically designed to boost your strength and endurance. Our Conditioning class appeals to a wide audience – from the beginner athlete looking to shed body fat and develop a strong base to the advanced athlete looking to improve cardiovascular performance. This class does not use barbells. For the time-crunched athlete our Conditioning class is structured to get you warmed up and through your workout in about 45 minutes and follows up with a 15 minute optional mobility session for athletes who want to spend additional time improving movement patterns, joint health, and range of motion.
Focused on the development of the Olympic Lifts: snatch and clean and jerk, our Weightlifting class is perfect for anyone from the beginning athlete looking to work on the basics, to the advanced weightlifter gearing up for his or her next competition.
